These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of apexretailservices.com (the “Site”), operated by Apex Retail Services (“Apex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Apex Retail Services provides turnkey back-office and store-support services — inventory and merchandising, data and technology, and store care — to independent retailers in Oregon and Washington. Apex Retail Services is the sister company of Apex Inventory Service.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to let you request a consult, request a TrueMargin Assessment, or otherwise get in touch with us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any form you submit.
Pricing and service information
Prices, packages, and service descriptions on the Site are provided for general reference and are subject to change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding quote or contract. Actual pricing and scope for your store are confirmed during a consult, walk-through, or in a written quote, and services begin only once you and Apex agree on scope and price.
No professional advice
Content on the Site — including the TrueMargin Assessment, sample reports, and any figures or findings we provide — is offered for general informational purposes related to retail operations. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and you should consult the appropriate licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.
Licensed trade partners
Some repair and maintenance work is performed by licensed trade partners operating under Apex management rather than directly by Apex employees. Apex remains your single point of contact and stands behind the result, but the underlying licensed work is performed by the applicable licensed contractor.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content — text, design, graphics, and the Apex name and logo — belongs to Apex Retail Services or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission, other than for your own personal reference in evaluating our services.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites — for example, our sister company Apex Inventory Service, or review platforms like Google or Yelp. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Retail Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any liability we have under a separate written service agreement with you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
